Obviously I don't know how extensive the damage is or your DIY skills but FYI you can buy a variety of replacement USB sockets for just a few quid. Jules |

Just snapped off the plastic tab from inside the socket while removing usb cable. Irritating to say the least, however, £60 for something as simple as that is a bit steep. Just ordered this https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/12V-24V-Car-Twi...0290.m3507 I'll fit at rear of cubbyhole to serve the back seat usb addicted children.
