What you want is to be able to change configuration file of the car.

I have the Foxwell 510 good enough for my purposes at the present time, Does lots of resets of components and hundreds of PIDs. It can't write to the Config File. |

That's what I'm not clear on, whether replacing components like for like needs the CCF to be edited. The way it was described sounded more like it was the replacement part that needed to coding to match it to the car, is it actually the other way round, coding the car to accept the transplanted bit? ---------- Tony S |
