Main Beam stalk switch

I have a MY13 which, i believe, has the same switchgear / steering wheel that is also found on the Disco Sport.

Basically, and I don't know if anyone else feels the same but, the main beam actuation switch is horrendously stiff compared to any other car I've owned. Is there a remedy to this please?

I've had an MY07 LR2 and a Disco Sport, as well as this MY13 LR2. Both the MY13 and the Disco Sport are the same issue so I know it's not just a problem with my MY13.

Hopefully someone will say "just spray DooDah 85 onto the Main Beam flutter oscillator and it'll be fine" but I'm thinking it may just be something that I have to get used to. I'm paranoid that I'll develop fingers on my left hand that resemble a Brit Bike owner's right calf...

Please help... Big Cry
