[Wanted] Freelander 2 Front Wing (Near Side/Left Side)

Seeing as somebody has dinged the side of my pride and joy and done a runner, it looks like I'll be needing a new front wing.

Any help on sourcing a replacement appreciated. Preferably within Norfolk/Suffolk or anywhere that can send it here.
As you can imagine, I am gutted.
I pay in excess of £500 to insure this beast, and then some idiot comes along and does this, whilst leaving me to foot the bill either through repair or by claiming.
The height of the dent is 35 inches above the ground, so it wasn't your average car driver... My suspicions lie with White Van Man... "We're in danger, we've got to get out."
"What are you talking about?"
"I've been called a ponce."

They come off fairly easily - I'd have a look at getting a tin basher to do it

We'll see who finds one first...

I'm looking into repairing this wing first. If nobody can get the creases out, then it's a race to find a new wing...

By the way, PowerfulUK have a pattern part on eBay for £150 unpainted.
That option is doable, but ideally, I want a salvage one cheaper. "We're in danger, we've got to get out."

Mine is not as bad as yours and I can live with it for now. The pattern one is an option but it is £149 plus painting so I can wait.

The latest twist in the tale is that I now also need a replacement headlamp unit on the same side. The impact has shattered the plastic fixing brackets. "We're in danger, we've got to get out."

The time it would take to knock out, fill ant paint would be well over the 150 mark, there is a lot of work involved with sharp crease removal. (Vehicle body specialist in another life) REME .. Rough Engineering Made Easy

The economics have certainly changed now - do you have protected no claims on your insurance? No Longer the owner of a 2013MY Fuji White GS

Well, I have a replacement headlamp unit coming for £60 used, complete with undertray.

Am still looking for a replacement wing. Until the new headlamp comes, I can't drive it anywhere to get the panel looked at without removing it.

I'm not going through the insurance- they stung me two and a half years ago when Bambi's Mother jumped out of a hedge straight into the front of my Audi A3 and wrote it off. There went my no claims... "We're in danger, we've got to get out."

with that damage you would be much better off replacing the wing rather than trying to get it pulled out. The time a panel beater would need to do it, removing/refitting plus preparing and respraying etc. would probably far outweight the cost of a replacement wing. resprayed and fitted.
Plus the new wing could be sprayed prior to you going to have it final fitted which would save time in the long run.

There is a replacement wing fron a dismantled vehicle in my colour going for £179.99 on eBay.
Sounds a tad expensive. I'm hanging on for something a little cheaper... "We're in danger, we've got to get out."

if you think how many hours labour would go into the straightening of the wing, filling it, sanding it etc..... I would estimate 4-5 hours at lets say £50 p/h.
So your already looking at £200+ before its ready for spraying which may be another £200+

so £180 (or £150 for a patent part from Powerfuluk.com) and both will require a rub down and key then painting (its unlikely the ebay wing will be perfect), doesn't sound too bad. Plus you get a sound solid wing rather than one with a layer of filler.

If its going to go straight on with no painting it could be a good option.

Euro Car Parts do new ones and then you have to paint them so your heading into much more serious money. FL2 MY10 TD4 GS traded in at 2 years
