I carry a spare filler cap (correct one for the vehicle) just in case.

Duckworths on here can send you one for a few £. Got one from them a few years back as mine had the same problem. FL2 TD4 GS 60 reg Facelift - so many issues

Mine needed replacing too. Went to dealer and it was less than 20 quid. MY11 SD4 HSE. |

I got mine off of eBay, but it was the whole filler assembly. I only wanted the flap to go in the rear bumper for my '240V mains hook-up' ...... so the yellow cap was a bonus |

Should the black locking ring be glued as there looked to be traces of superglue around the base.i have seen the video but could do with subtitles.
