Only the one fuse per seat so if its working, its working. The module is under the seats at the front, you could check the thermistor connections or all connections come to that. |

My fine on a MY13 gets hot on the first setting, but just takes a little longer to warm up compare to the old one, which I put down to having leather seats. MY13 HSE LUX Aintree Green

I had a 64 plate one when mine went in for some warrenty work... it was a top spec so soft leather seats where mine are the harder type... but they were that hot you had to turn them off.. didn't think much of it untill I got mine back and thought they were so poor now??.... |

Never gone straight to the 'one' setting on mine, always full power so can't comment really. Certainly warms up my leather fine and going back to 'one' keeps it comfortable, not noticed any degradation in efficiency either.

There is a calibration for the Heated Seats within SDD under Service Functions.

Bet you cant adjust them yourself, health and safety, some people would have them turned right up and then be claiming for a burnt bottom |

I don't know if other diagnostic tools have the ability to carry out this function. It's actually a service test procedure done by the diagnostic tool. Each seat has a "thermistor" so it could be that this is not reading correctly thus a cooler seat. It's quite simple really! Put a jumper on otherwise! just thought there may be a work around.. like there is with the electronic hand brake when you need new pads but don't want it to cost you £250 |

My HSE seats get warm & toasty on "2" and keep the chill off on "1" as did my previous SE. The 2016 Evoque loaner I had last week was noticeably cooler on the hottest setting. (They have 3 selectable settings )

Long time since I met a woman with a warm bum in a morning but I then have just retuned from camping at 5,000 metres in the Himalayas'.
