Replacement plastic trim - not sure what it's called.

Does anyone know if the plastic trim piece in front of the sills (where the mudflaps attach to) are available brand new and ready painted?
I'm after a brand new pair in Zermatt Silver if any one can help please?
Usual searches have not produced any results.

I think the part numbers are LR032375 (RH) and LR032376 (LH). Don't know if you can find it painted.

Thanks, I’ve bought new ones from a main dealer but will need to get them painted in due course. Derek Hill
