If it was me I would do both to ensure you are not stuck one wet cold night in the sticks with the girlfriend and the wife coming out to find you ! FL2 MY10 TD4 GS traded in at 2 years

I went for just a cheap top hose, Seemed good quality and has done the job just fine.

Can anyone confirm what part number this is? im confused at all the different hoses. The image is rotated, the left side of the pic is actually the font of the car and you can see it looking down the font. Sheesh hard to explain.

Land Rover give the part number as lr002589 which is for the for the complete pipe set up, comprising of rigid pipe plus top and bottom rubber pipes.

ok quick update, purchased a silicone top hose from DPH. Fitted last night, didnt take any pics as it was literally just two jubilee clips. Accessible from front of car all be it a tight area to get a screwdriver into.
