Compression test

Can someone tell me what readings I should be getting from a compression test on my Freelander 2 TD4 2.2 HSE automatic 160

As it's an engine with about 17:1 compression ratio, I would expect that in 3-4 strokes the pressure to rise to at least 22 bars (about 320 psi) or more.
But more important is that the pressure to be equally balanced, with no more than 10% variance between cylinders.
