Some features lost with IOS 11 upgrade

Have lost ability to highlight members car icon and identify MY, model & colour. Also when compiling answers to topics am unable to see pics below text box previously used on other posts. Unable to see embedded pics in most posts.

(iPad Air 2 with IOS 11.0.3. - iPhone 5 still on IOS 10.3.3 is ok).

Not a lot then!

How do you get iPad 2 up to iOS 11 ? Mine won't update more to more than 9 ? It's been a good 2 years since Apple abandoned mine.

Possibly the OP has an iPad Air 2. I’m just updating the wife’s iPad Air 2 to 11.0.3.

I have an old iPad 2 at work that won’t go past about IOS 9 but the iPad air2 is different - a lot thinner for a start. You’re not confusing the two are you? Past: FL2 TD4 HSE Auto

We have a couple of old iPhone4 phones which look identical but one will not update past iOS 7. When I checked it out the serial numbers seem to identify them as different with one as 32bit and the other as 64 bit processors. 3 x FL1 2 manual + 1 auto
5 x FL2 4 manual + 1 auto

The reported problem is still there. Basically, no images in posts at all when using iPad Air 2 on IOS 11.0.3. Also no avatar info as unable to highlight. Ok on Windows 7 laptop and iPhone 5 IOS 10.3.3.

I have just updated to IOS 11.1 - the problem still exists. No graphics seen in posts. Just the words “click image to enlarge” but no image! Can see graphics in galleries, but not posts.
Must be a problem with settings - any gurus out there?

I will try a backup & reinstall & report back. (Hate doing these things, passwords for iCloud etc - something always goes pear shaped!)
