Egr blank

Hi people just wondering if anyone has blanked there egr 2.2 diesel

2012 Freelander 2 SD4 Sport Auto Barolo Black

I blanked my Egr a few months ago and the car runs better and pickup is improved.Mines an 09 plate and it's fully blanked . I believe that the 10 plate on requires a partial blank to avoid the Eml coming on .
