Try switching the wheels front to back, it could be wear on the tyres. |

Check rear brake shoes (assuming it's a pre 2013 model). 3 x FL1 2 manual + 1 auto

Interestingly I have just switched to my winter wheels today (Nokian Weatherproofs) and I an now getting a rear end rumble. |
