Perhaps I should have said usually, most space saver wheels have tyres that are speed restricted, the FL2 size may well have been selected that only has a 130 mph H specification as a minimum, I believe the standard fitted tyre are V rated (mine are) The ratings take into account the axle loading so my tyres have a 99 load index which may automatically give a higher speed rating than is safe with one tyre of different profile and diameter, this is maximum speed usually noted in the handbook, seeing as when towing one is restricted to a maximum of 50mph except on m-ways and dual carriageways the question becomes somewhat academic. my PC is slightly to the right of Genghis
