United Kingdom 2009 Freelander 2 TD4 XS Manual Martinique Blue
5 Car Garage

Thisn has prob been done over and over but it's a bit of fun.

Money no option, you have to buy 5 cars that fall into the following categories: Supercar, Track car, Grand Tourer, Practical Car (school run etc) and Classic. Clearly there will be some overlap between the categories but what would you have?

There are some caveats though. SC must be over £100k, practical must have 5 seats minimum and classic must be over 25 years old.

Mine would be

SC - Merc SL65 AMG Black Series
TC - Nissan GT-R
GT - Aston Martin DBS
Practical - RRS SC
Classic - Jaguar E-Type V12 09MY FL2 Td4 XS, Style Pack, Privacy Glass, Martinique Blue.. oh so very blue..

Hardly - to be truly practical you need the TDv8 - only a gnats whatsit less performance but a whole word better fuel consumption................................... I regularly see better than 30mpg sat all day on the motorway at 70mph, if you try that in an S/C you might get 15mpg if you are very lucky! And if it is V8 rumble you want then the TDv8 has that too but without the screaming Supercharger. If the choice were mine though, for practicality I would go back to owning the full Monty Range Rover Vogue SE TDv8 - it has more boot space which is a better shape for loads than the RRS. How can carbon have a footprint, it has no feet?
Now driving - RRE Coupe Dynamic Lux Auto with Plus pack, Fuji White, Ebony, SD4 with tow pack
Gone - 2010MY FFRR TDv8 Stornoway and Ivory, Privacy - the pace of a TDv8 RRS, the incomparable grace of a Range Rover
Gone but will be missed- RRS Tdv8 HSE Stornoway Grey with Ebony Leather
Gone (only a little missed) RRS Tdv6 2.7SE Giverny Green/Aspen
Defender 90 County HT in Epsom Green

United Kingdom 2013 Freelander 2 SD4 HSE Lux Auto Santorini Black

SC - RRS SC (it would take a lot of the options list to get to 100K but I am sure you could get there with LR prices)
TC - Defender!!!
GT - D3
Prac - FL2
Clas - Series1 80"

DIRT track car - then they can all be LR!

I'd go for

SC - Tough one, as I think most cars over £100k make you look like a Censored driving them, but if I had to then I'd go for something like the Ascari A10 (definately not Porsche, ferrari or Lambo, too obvious)
TC - Caterham Superlight R500
GT - Aston Martin DB9
Practical - Overfinch Range Rover (you did say a dream garage, so this my idea of pratical in a dream)
Classic - Ford GT40 (for the sound alone)

Rich
