Sat Nav and radio intermittently failing to boot up

My 2008 TD4 HSE is intermittently - maybe once a week - failing to start up the radio and sat nav leaving me with no radio and a permanent Land Rover logo. Switching off the ignition and starting again seems to fix it.

Any ideas as to what may be the cause and what to do about it?
