New tyres, whining noise?!

Hi guys,

I've just put new front tyres on my Freelander 2, ever since I've had a whining noise come from what sounds like the back of the car when I get over 65mph. Any ideas what this could be? I was thinking bearings but literally happened the day I had the tyres changed, any advice would be greatly appreciated

Thanks

The general advice n here is always put the new tyres on the back. Try that first.

Hi guys,

Just an update, I swapped the new tyres from front to back and the whining noise is away. Thanks for the advice!
