Does it only hold records from vehicles after 2013 or does it list earlier vehicle? |

I assumed that only cars which came without a service book to collect stamps in would be on there. I think they started that post 2012. Might be worth someone with an earlier car registering and seeing if their info pops up. I can't see dealerships loading up the info from their older paper records but you never know (maybe when you got a stamp in the book their was also an electronic copy but I suspect that varied from dealer to dealer). When I traded in my 2011 model the dealer said that they didn't want the servicing receipts as they had it all on line.

Not surprised by that. I have twice bought cars with a service book not up to date. "Oops sorry - must have missed that - the service was done and I'll get it updated for you". Do I believe them? No - but all you need for the warranty is the stamp in the book. Even OSH is not infallible - TVLR, whom I trust more than most dealers, forgot to update it last time (and were very apologetic). ALWAYS always check it's been done. Ex AA Series III LWB Safari - Gone
