Help! in Kingsbridge (Dartmouth) Devon

Hi everyone, is there anyone that can help?

I've towed my caravan from Sussex to the caravan club site near Kingsbridge, Devon, and it's been playing up.
I noticed intermittently some black smoke under load, and a rushing sound upon acceleration, with a lack of power. I think it might be an intercooler pipe problem, although I can't see anything obvious.
Is there anyone locally that could be recommended to fix it please?
Thanks from a slightly worried camper!
Simon

Can't help local knowledge I'm afraid
BUT
It sounds to me like a split intercooler hose - as a temporary fix you should be able to wrap it in duct tape which will hold until you can get it looked at - splits can be hard to find when not under pressure but I'll bet there is one

Bang on! Local breakdown company couldn't find any split or loose pipes, and thought it might be the turbo... Took it to Quay Auto Centre, Kingsbridge who diagnosed a split intercooler pipe. £110 plus fitting. Phew!

Boost pipe was fitted today, part number LR066429 by Quay Auto Centre in Kingsbridge, a Ford service centre.
Thanks again for you help. Holiday is back on track!
