Apparently those with outside type mailboxes in my area are being targeted for theft. Opening new bank account details using that address etc and opening the boxes when mail arrives. Spotted and not from these shores ! FL2 MY10 TD4 GS traded in at 2 years

Here as well, & also in blocks of units, especially with a bank of mail boxes in the foyer, they do them in bulk so to speak! Procrastination, mankind's greatest labour saving device!

Happened to a friend of mine in a shared house. The guy downstairs nicked his bank account details just as he had put money in to buy a house. Even more worrying they opened a store account in his name, and when he tried to alert the store they refused to talk to him because his details (dob) didn't match the ones they had been given!
Police knew who did it but apparently weren't too fussed as they were about to arrest the guy downstairs for murder (well, it was the dark side of Peckham). And my friend did get his money back.
First thing they tend to ask if you're a fraud victim, is whether anyone else has access to your mail. Ex AA Series III LWB Safari - Gone
