Going to Amsterdam

I'll be going to Amsterdam in March for Spring Break.

While there I'd like to buy some badges, I want to replace my LR2 and my dad's LR3 badges with Freelander 2 and Discovery 3 badges.

Do most dealerships keep those in stock?

Do any of you live close to Amsterdam?

Thanks

I presume the name badges wouldn't be kept in stock as they are not every day items.

You might be better emailing the dealership a few days before coming over to make sure they order them for you and get confirmation they have.

I would expect our forum sponsor might be able to help, but postage and import tax you might be better getting them whilst over this side of the pond.

Though with all those cafes' Whistle you might forget to go collect them Laughing Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis

Rolling with laughter Thumbs Up

Wish I'd known about your badge fetish sooner becuase the first thing I did when I got my car was de-badge it . The hairdrier was out and the Freelander 2 TD4 nonsense all accross the back has been removed. I could have done it more carefully and sold it on if I'd known it was something coveted by others Wink

That being said, if anyone wants to trade "Freelander 2" badge for "LR2" badge... I am willing to trade and pay for shipping on both ends.

So... I did however contact the parts department at Land Rover Amsterdam and they said they would order the badges for the LR3 and LR2 so my dad can get Discovery 3 Badge for his. I am considering doing a little research on American Land Rover websites and see if anyone else would want to have my buy badges for their vehicles. I carry a gun because I can't carry a cop.
