So, in fact, probably, the bolt sheering off was a consequence of the cam breaking down and seizing in a way.... |

So what is the way forward ? Rebuild or exchange unit, second hand engine ? As cam failures are a known fault ( I think) shame on LR saying anything different . FL2 MY10 TD4 GS traded in at 2 years

I'm pretty sure if you go onto honest john website and look under faults there are lots and lots of reports of cams failing. May help convincing them that you KNOW it is a "common fault" 👍🏻 |
