Have a look at this thread towards the end. LR say that you don't need to adjust anything, not sure when this came in though. Apparently it's an EU regulation now.

From memory If they did need adjusted you have to remove the headlight which is a very simple job. Just need a 10mm socket to remove 2 bolts on the landing panel for each light then pull the light forward to slide it off the bottom bracket. Unplug wiring if needed. Refitting is the reverse procedure. Should just take a few minutes. |

This is also the way to change a headlamp bulb. Don't mess about trying to remove covers you can hardly see - despite what the handbook says. |

If they are the same fitting as my old 2007 model, after removing the bolts, there's also a plastic lever you have to lift (or pull, can't remember now) before the lamp will come out. Literally a two minute job to remove the headlamp.

I have to say that I disagree because my headlamps definitely have a kick up on the left side. So adjustment is necessary. MY13 Santorini Black SD4 HSE |

My manual for a 2014 model says it's not necessary to change anything. My brother has a newish Honda Civic and he asked Honda about it, the came back to him after a couple of days saying that no changes were necessary when driving abroad as his car was compliant with EU regulations on headlamp adjustment.
