Hi,

One of my key fobs no longer locks or unlocks including the tailgate.

The only button that works is the one that puts the lights on?

Initially I though the battery needed replacing but then I read you original post about the micro switches.

The fob will still start the engine btw

What do you think? Previous

Depends on the condition of the remote. If it’s all busted in and you can see the micro switches are goosed then that’s the problem. Sometimes it can be broken battery terminals in the board and works intermittently.

Hi. I'm new on here so can't pm you. Just acquiring a '59 plate Freelander 2 and one of the fobs looks decidedly like the worst one in your original post. Can you please advise current cost for refurbishing one fob and how to contact you.
