Looks good. Does the new head unit not have GPS built in?

Yes the head has sat nav, but dependent on the phone, so no signal and cannot set the satnav so nice to have one totally independent on phone signal.

I did use the amp bypass kit the connectors that actually worked were from incartech the sub in the boot, good question not sure not noticed it missing. But will have to sit in the boot and feel.

I would be interested to know what the sound is like if the sub isn't working. FL2 TD4 GS 60 reg Facelift - so many issues

No, sub not working, would need to put a little powered amp in for that. The stereo has an output for a sub.

Interesting. If it sounds full and still has a decent bass response I guess it isn't an issue. FL2 TD4 GS 60 reg Facelift - so many issues

Would really appreciate if you could let me know how it sounds. Music in the car is important to me. I guess I could always turn the sub right down and see how it sounds in mine - only just thought of that. FL2 TD4 GS 60 reg Facelift - so many issues

Thanks. Also, from the incartech product photos the amp bypass kit looks like a really long cable. Do you have to run this and do you have to dismantle a lot of the car to do so? FL2 TD4 GS 60 reg Facelift - so many issues

Yes.... it's tucked under the drivers carpet and the trim around the drivers footwell, only took half an hour or so to run the cable. 2010 Freelander2 TD4_e GS
