Dead Side Light

Hello All,
One of my side lights has decided to stop working, im not that bothered as rarely use them and stick with main beams, however Mr/Mrs MOT Man might think the same.

They are LED bulbs and have been rotated, swapped over and replaced with no luck. I did notice the bulb flickering a while back, but didn't think much of it.

Does anyone have any ideas, read it might be the bulb holder, but not sure how easy it is to get hold of and then replace, I'm good with a hammer and a screwdriver, but haven't done any soldering or similar since school.

Thanks in advance.

I'm interested in this too!!! My car has just failed the MOT due to the near side side light being off.

The changed the bulb (thinking my LED unit was the problem!) and checked all fuses - but state that there is no voltage to the lamp holder...

They are going to take it to an auto electrician to sort it out as the MOT is expired so I can't legally drive it anywhere!!! 2002 Honda VFR800

Also try fitting new bulb then locking car/ unlocking and trying again - sometimes the system needs a reset Thumbs Up
