Replacing brake disk

I'm trying to replace my rear brake disks but I'm having trouble removing the caliper. I've located the 2 bolts that need removing but I've used a wrench and wd40, tried loosening with a hammer, and also tried an impact driver, but no luck. Bolt is rusted in solid. Any ideas?

try tightening it first some times helps break the rust seal, or as FL2Voodoo says use heat, if that doesn't work get it as hot as you can get it then pour very cold water on. Common sense isn't very common.
