If not the intercooler hoses, then it might be the intercooler itself - mine had a split down the near side - no error codes initially, but towing the van eventually gave boost error. Tangiers Orange - gone, missing her

Yes it would and if the tear becomes quite large it will switch into limp home mode from what I can gather, i.e. Because the intake of air affects the readings with the sensors it powers down the engine to prevent damage. But also be aware you may be losing oil through the hole so keep an eye on your oil levels ok. |

Update just off the phone with Ian from our forum sponsors advancedfactors.co.uk, they do the replacement pipe for a very reasonable amount!
