Friendly, on time, courtesy car, did a good job, and slightly more than half the price of my local LR service centre.
Can't fault them (well, the courtesy car was a tiny Toyota, but they didn't mind that I'd got it muddy).

Another vote for TVLR. A smooth and simple warranty job completed, and a brand new courtesy car thrown in FOC...

105,000 mile service today at TVLR all done for £220 and no need to worry about brakes until MOT time in March. Usual great service and they didn't wash the car, another for them

Just used them for a warranty repair, very pleased.

3rd year service and MOT - brilliant friendly service (loads of free advice too)
Car returned cleaner inside and out than when I bought it
Gave me a brand new Toyota Avensis estate as courtesy car - nice but not for me - was glad to get the FL back!

Could I ask what they charged? They used to be much cheaper than the average dealer - is that still the case? Ex AA Series III LWB Safari - Gone
300TDi Disco (bought new - terrible car) sent back after 18 months
Freelander 1 Estate - leased, given back at end of lease
200TDi Disco (bought from a mate with 100,000 on the clock) - Gone
Disco 2 TD5 - sold and exported to France
FR2 TD4 GS - Gone
FR2 SD4 HSE - Now changed for a DS
New model ex-demo Evoque S 180 in white
Unable to order a new DS, so gave up. Now have a Volvo S90 Recharge.

That's not bad. They were £335 for a second service in June - that's a bigger "B" Service and no MoT. Ex AA Series III LWB Safari - Gone

170 mile round trip today, but good service, courtesy car, and good old Northern Hospitality, oh and they fix FL2's. They get my vote.

Fantastic place - great friendly good value service - get my vote - and it's nearly a 400 mile round trip for me.
We need more of these great service only garages in the UK
