Looks in nice condition, but as a mechanic I'd say you would be the best person to judge if its worth the price. Now at the point when I learn something new something old is lost out the other side !

It looks in good condition, if you are capable/confident to do the engine rebuild (or replace) and you are happy with the price go for it. |

if the engine is not working, see what a new engine would cost and go from there to see if its worth it, nobody else can guide you on it

It is certainly very clean underneath, almost too clean for a car that has done that mileage. I would try to calculate it's normal value as a high mileage running vehicle and then subtract the cost of a replacement engine or rebuild at normal garage rates.
