Vibration through gear stick 2007 Freelander 2 TD4

I get a vibration through my gear stick only in 3rd gear. Has anyone come across this and knows how to amend the issue?

could be the clutch/flywheel assembly ??
the dual mass flywheel is there to reduce vibrations from the engine and if its on its way out then you start to feel those vibrations more

also I thought about it, but it seems to me that the symptoms of a broken clutch dual mass should be different. and what with "pillows" fixing the gearbox? They also suppress vibrations. What do you think about it ?
