Freelander 2 rear entertainment

Does anybody have manual for rear entertainment system with sd card


    It's just I'm trying to find out what format I need to download them in as I can't get it to play at moment any suggestions would be much appreciated thanks.

    Yes it's the oem with sd card at back of console
