Sattelite Radio install

Just got a 2013 with 30k miles on it. Love it, but really missing my Sirius radio and have half a year left on y subscription. Any easy way I can get this up and going in my base model? No real interest in the full Nav package, just the sat radio. I see that I can get a 'module' on ebay for about $180 but something tells me that I'll need a lot more. Any ideas?

A lot more detail will be required about your vehicle but as long as your vehicle has the MOST fibre optic system it should be the same as DAB retrofit.
2013 Face Lift 7" touch screen or 5" display or Alpine system?
Really can't help you until we know exactly what system you have. Low line system in Face Lift MY13 doesn't even have Sirius in the electrical schematics so unless there is a separate head unit then you have to have MOST to incorporate the module.
We have recently discovered that the basic IAM can be upgraded with a Jaguar IAM with MOST so may be possible but more work/expense involved. MY15
