Has anyone purchased a wheel step to assist in loading and unloading a roof box and are they worth the cash |

I always thought the steps to use were the rear door sill and the top of the rear tyre - - or is that just me? |

Stand on the wheel, it's cheaper |

I'm constantly loading canoes/kayaks on my roof and always use the rear tyre, so just can't see the point of having this step.

Looks like something you sell to townies, just stand on the wheel! |

I agree with the above! I stand on my wheel all the time. However for those who cannot manage this ....disabilities/elderly ...the step does/is handy |

I have a cheap plastic caravan step which I bought because my mother couldn't climb into the Disco 2. I just hoik it out of the garage when I need to do something like wash the roof, and if need be it sits happily in the boot. Ex AA Series III LWB Safari - Gone
