Define shudder? like engine dropping in revs shudder or just something knocking? |

Not a lot go on there. Meanwhile a bit of light entertainment while we have more info to include miles covered, on gradients only and things like sign of oil on base of gearbox (as in it entering clutch housing) etc etc. A clutch could judder for a number of reasons but first check the clutch fluid level and oil leak from bell housing.

When i change up from first,it feels like its coming from the from the clutch/ gearbox and transferred through the front wheels into the car dont get it any other time ,whole front of the car judders |

Could of course be loss of 4wd drive with all the force now being transferred to the front wheels but check those engine mounts.

As Yorkie stated all gearbox and engine mounts all the driveshafts may be worth a check including the output flange and UJ to the rear diff/haldex |
