Seeing as one has to breathe and car exhaust particles won't disappear overnight one should attempt to live a life that excludes exposure to diseased blood vessels, therefore rendering such nanoparticles harmless my PC is slightly to the right of Genghis

That's why I do my bit by also running a V8 ZTT should negate some of those harmful diesel particulates! |

I agree with Andy131. I also suspect that these particles, whilst I'm not trying to deny that they're harmful, are no more harmful to us than any myriad of natural atmospheric particles that we're exposed to.
