2011 FL2, 3.2, Si6, error codes

Hello all
I've got a 2011 FL2, 3.2, Si6 petrol. It keeps throwing up P0420, P0430 and P0016 randomly. Doesn't really affect performance but would like to get rid of them. I am suspecting the P0420 and P0430 are catalytic converters related and likely they are dead. Any chance to relive them?

How about P0016?

Recently did an engine rebuild and all is running fine except for these few codes.
