MOT advisories

Hi,
Just in process of buying a Freelander 2 HSE.
if the MOT is a pass but has advisories stating engine covers and under guards obscuring some components, does this mean some parts have not been inspected. What parts would be obscured.

The garage I use put this on the mot cert every year,the inspector is not allowed to do any dismantling to inspect items,brake pipes are usually partly covered and maybe other items such as the catalytic converter. Ps welcome to the forum.
