United Kingdom 2007 Freelander 2 TD4 GS Manual Caspian Blue
No longer have the freelander....look what we got instead !.

So after hiring a Campervan a month ago we decided we liked it, made a few enquiries about different things with a view to getting one in 12-18 months , then we came across this and had to have it ....

It's a 2011 van with 30k on the clock, was converted in April to show as a demo , had never been used as a camper until we took it away last weekend, it was brilliant...
Trying to find a forum as good as this one for the transporter if any one is a member or knows,
Cheers for all your help along the way with freelander, will drop in from time to time, the freelander is for sale in a garage in Shrewsbury...

It's a short time love affair it's not really a practical comfortable long stay option ( too small and cramped) though depending on the conversion it can be a good utility vehicle, two years max though in reality 18 months. When it all boils down it's a short caravan with an engine and driving compartment that eliminates the recreation area of a caravan, when taking a day out you either leave all the chairs and tables behind or pack them up, the advantages are you don't tow it (hopefully Laughing ) my PC is slightly to the right of Genghis
2012 HSE SD4 In Orkney Grey now gone, best car ever.
