2011 facelift grill bars removal

Can the grill bars be removed & changed on a 2011 facelift model or will I have to change the whole front bumper unit ?

They are hot crimped/welded to the bumper - can be undone with careful application of heat and leverage - here's what mine look like from the inside if that helps you
