When I visited my dealer this week for recall P011, I was surprised to be told I needed sunroof recall P009 done as well. Why surprised you may ask ......... because I had that done in early August with my first annual service. At least I thought I had. Dealer checked their records which showed the sunroof recall work was cancelled in the earlier visit. They could not explain why or by whom!!!

I was not impressed. This dealer has always been very competant and reliable, so I hope this was a one-off cock-up.  Life is not a dress rehearsal!
