Fuel gauge fault Technical bulletin LTB00566v6

I have the usual intermittent fuel gauge fault and a 2 year approved warranty, has anyone had this repair done under warranty
Hunters Land-rover Derby have had my FL2 for 2 weeks now and now don't believe a word they say.

My HSE was repaired under the Approved Warranty with no quibble - I do believe behind the scenes, LRCS coughed up because it was a"known fault". Tank out, rewired, refitted, no further problems.

NB: Mine was done by Duckworths Market Rasen. I don't go near those @ Nottingham, Derby or Lincoln.

Mine was done out of warranty by a main dealer and the quoted price was less than many have paid independents.

I then got 2/3 rds off in goodwill too

I know that does not help you but it was all done in 2 days which suggests you are not a high priority for them. It could be that as you are guaranteed work they are fitting you in around other jobs. FL2 HSE Auto Galway Green

Thank you for your replies everyone, now sorted but feel like the first owner to ever experience this fault using Hunters in Derby. Avoid like the plague would be our advice. Started this warranty claim in April
