Gearbox adaptions

Hi all
My my13 xs has been back to the dealers for a couple of things to be sorted, it wasn't shutting down properly and needed a haldex pump after a traction issue, whilst there I mentioned that the car was sluggish on pulling away, they reset the gearbox adaptions and it's like a different car, much crisper pick up , much nicer to drive than the jag xe they gave me to run around in
Worth considering if yours is slow off the mark as well
