TUnning upgrades or chips!

Well folks I am sure many of you have ideas on what is best for helping performance and fuel economy!

I have looked on line and on e- bay and the options and prices vary.

Any advice or experiance of upgrades most welcome!

Economy benefits most in mind as average like u 28 to 30 ish mpg
