Does anyone know if an early model (2008-ish) will fit an MY13?

Update on this - Camerons in York supplied me with a complete door in the correct colour at a very good price, and fitted it for me, again at a good price, while I did a bit of sightseeing. Only downside - the one they had is quite badly scuffed, so I need to do at least a partial paint job, and since my lower trim wasn't useable and the only one they had was the wrong colour, I need to paint that too. Very friendly and helpful service in a back street a few minutes from the city centre.
He says he does a lot of Land Rover bodywork. Doesn't seem to be a breaker, but gets parts in from dismantlers, including from LR test models and demos. He says used FL2 parts are getting scarcer as the cars are no longer made, but DS parts are starting to be readily available.
