Great pictures. We are completely clouded over with lots of light pollution here in Telford. I was looking forward to seeing them tonight after finishing a night shift.

I saw a good meteorite last week when I was down on the Lizard peninsula. Completely clear skies, I was wishing I'd had room to take my DSLR, rather than my bridge camera, as that only had a max exposure time of 4 seconds. I was looking at the Milky Way and saw a meteorite with a great sparkly firey tail. It was the first I'd seen like that, most are just normal shooting stars. That would have been a cracking picture for want of having the gear set up.

its as dark as dark here so I guess I get blazee about the stars , they are just there, but then townies come here for a BBQ etc, when it gets dark they are all walking round staring upwards, crashing into trees etc, more fun watching that than the stars Laughing At work
