Electrical Pin Extractor Tool

Hi guys, can someone tell me how to remove a wiring pin from the headlight connector? Can not work it out.... Manual says to use the Land Rover pin extractor tool - have searched but have no idea what it looks like. Also, can the pins be removed without the tool?
Thanks in advance
