I love this stuff...

Since getting the LR I've been itching to get the DA on it, but it's been too warm lately to work the polish before it dries out so it'll have to wait until autumn realistically.

So this morning was a quick go over with a clay bar, one coat of Autoglym SRP and topped with Auto-Balm.

It's bloody brilliant stuff as a filling LSP, especially when it's on top of SRP which itself has some minor filling properties. Here it is parked up at work and reflecting nicely !

i'm googling a clay bar kit as i type, i had it done to my T5 and and it came up wonderful, t cut and autoglym look like good kits, i'm deciding which one to get, little concerned about t cut, as the name implies.... has anyone used the autoglym or t cut kit??

I'd give Bilt Hambers clay a try , available in various grades and you can use water as a lube . Out of the two you mentioned I'd go for the Autoglym clay kit .

Don't forget to keep the paintwork well lubricated during claying , you could always mix some car shampoo and water in a spray bottle for extra lube .

for some reason it wont allow me to Quote you @Juice?, what size tin do you recommend, and do you know if there a difference between balm, speed wax and finis wax?

A small tin will be fine, this stuff goes a long long way !

Balm contains fillers so you diminish the swirl marks which is important on mine, being black.

Finis wax doesn't have any fillers so if your car is light, then this might be the better option. It will definitely last longer(protection wise) than AB..

Edited to add - make sure you get some Quick Detailer for use with the clay bar, ordinary water doesn't lubricate very well so you run the risk of introducing more swirls with a clay bar as it 'drags' rather than glides across the paint.
