Rear window leak.

This is not a new topic but I have the dreaded back window leak. Seen info on this wonderful site that suggests that the washer is missing an O ring. Mine is missing. I cannot see how to get the washer nozzle out to put an O ring in. I've tried but I feel I'm just about to break something!
Can anybody help please.

Went out today and washed the rear screen a few times then when I opened the boot there was water everywhere. Video looks really useful. So next nice day over Xmas I will be out fixing it............ Very Happy . 3 x FL1 2 manual + 1 auto

I'm glad I'm not the only one with a rear window leak but the top brake light does not seem to be my problem. I power washed the car paying special and persistent attention to the upper door seal and brake light area. I found a few drops drops on the boot floor. When we get a storm I've found a wet patch equivalent to about 1/2 litre of water on the floor.
What I cannot understand is how an industrial pressure washer cannot breach the seals but rain water can.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
Chas
