only fixes to a fixed tow bar
It will not attach to any other towbar type. (swan neck, removable etc)

picture is stock item, mine nolonger has the end rubber caps, and has acquired some scuffs and scratches over the last few years. Still 100% functional and totally indestructible

easily self fitted to towbar flange.
When the flange is attached to the tow bar, the cycle rack is quickly removable for storage when not is use in less than 1 minute.

We typically had 3 adult bikes, it cant carry any more as the arms are short.
Obviously the bikes just hang there, some some rubber bungies etc are necessary for safe carriage

 

Had one of these without the towbar part as well.
Was going to make up a new part to fit the towbar but decided on an alternative use:-



Cut bottom off above curve.
Remove head and pull off foam.
Drill holes through webbing plate between uprights.
Attach upright to wall.
Cut foam so it slides back on upright.
Head back on and hang bike.
