Managed 41.9mpg when driving from Basingstoke to Suffolk including a few short journeys whilst there, even better when you fill 'er up when she's warm, then set off on a long journey! Thumbs Up

I'm very jealous, I did get 37 mpg once when my car was new. I have 3600 mile on the clock and my mpg is getting worse? I am now only getting 34 mpg driving exactley the same route, same driving style. Is it worth phoning the dealer and asking them to check it over?

Not sure, but I always change up at 2,000rpm & accelerate pretty smoothly, but it drops to 35mpg on short journeys, starting from cold on a cold morning it takes me 15 miles to regain the lost 0.3mpg in the first couple of minutes...sad but true Big Cry

I try to drive smoothly. It's 36 miles to work, the last 4 miles is city driving although it's not snail pace where I go to. I stick to 60mph on the open road. My FL1 with returning 37 -40mpg on the exact same journey.
